Adventure Hikes
Pet Care, Dog Walking, Pet Sitting
We are lucky to be living in an area with many pet-friendly hiking trails. Adventure Hikes are for dogs with low to high energy levels as well as any level of hiking experience. I have hikes that can fit all needs, from slow easy walkers to those dogs who need a challenge. When hiking, I am always reviewing your dog's performance so that we can adjust as needed, keeping a fun yet safe environment. During the Adventure Hike, your dog(s) will benefit from the new smells, sights, and sounds of outdoor adventure! Safety is always my priority so all dogs must be up to date on required shots, are required to wear a sturdy and properly fitting collar/harness with ID tags, and a sturdy leash. Updated vaccine records from your vet may be requested. Each hike has a minimum service time of 2 hours with the option to extend the hike.
Adventure Hikes include:
A variety of hikes to choose from
Pick-up service from your work or home
2+ hours of hiking time (hike time varies depending on travel time to/from the trail)
Water breaks and treats
Towel wipe-down
Short report of hike with photos
Drop-off service to your work or home
Do you have a hike in mind and don't see it listed? Let me know! We can customize an Adventure Hike just for you and your dog! There are so many hikes available and this list will always be growing. *Please note, GPS tracked hikes may not always be available due to the nature of the Adventure Hike and location. Whenever possible and upon request, Paws for Adventure will track the hike.
